In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following is disclosed:

3Limitation of liability

DNNS shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

The free tools are provided "as is", without any warranty of continuous availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors. The user uses them at their own risk.

DNNS's maximum liability towards the user, on any grounds and under any legal theory, shall in no case exceed zero euros (€0), given that the services offered are entirely free of charge.

4Privacy policy

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), the following is disclosed:

Legal basis for processing: The owner's legitimate interest for internal management (private area). Suggestions mailbox: your consent, given when you send the message and, where applicable, when you provide a contact detail; you may withdraw it at any time by writing to info@dnns.es. For the public tools, no data processing takes place.

Retention: Private-area data is retained while the account remains active. Sessions automatically expire after 7 days. Suggestions-mailbox messages are retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt and are then automatically deleted; if a proposal has been published, the published description is kept, but the original message and the contact detail are deleted all the same.

Disclosure to third parties: Data is not disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

International transfers: No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Data subject rights: Private-area users and anyone who writes to us through the suggestions mailbox (indicating the app, the approximate date and the contact detail or text used, so we can locate their message) may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction and objection by writing to info@dnns.es. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

5Cookie policy

A cookie is a small text file stored on the user's device. This website uses exclusively its own technical cookies, essential for the basic operation of the service.

No analytics, advertising, profiling or third-party cookies are used.

Technical cookies are exempt from the prior-consent requirement under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE and recital 25 of the ePrivacy Regulation. Nonetheless, an informational notice is shown on first access.

The user can configure their browser to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking devhub_token will prevent access to the private area. The public tools are not affected.

6Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the website (design, source code, text, logos, graphical interfaces and other elements) is the property of DNNS / Antonio Morillo Jiménez or is used under the corresponding licenses.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the site's content without the owner's prior written authorization is expressly prohibited.

Personal, non-commercial, individual use of the public tools is authorized. Such authorization does not, under any circumstances, imply the transfer of intellectual property rights.

Content generated by the user through the tools (QR codes, exported files, etc.) is the user's exclusive property and responsibility.

7Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites. DNNS has no control over such sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, availability or practices.

The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with the linked site. The user accesses third-party sites at their own risk.

8Changes to this legal notice

DNNS reserves the right to modify the content of this legal notice at any time and without prior notice, to adapt it to legislative, case-law or service changes.

The last-update date shown in the header of this document lets the user know when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes are published implies acceptance of those changes.

It is recommended that you review this document periodically.

9Jurisdiction and governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with current Spanish law. In particular:

For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of this website, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, to the Courts of Palma de Mallorca (Spain).

Notwithstanding the above, EU consumers are informed of the existence of the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Should any clause of this legal notice be declared void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect, and shall be interpreted in the manner that most faithfully reflects the parties' original intent.
